Parliamentarian- Howard Williams, Esq.

Howard Williams is an Attorney at Golden, Scaz, Gagain where he practices general civil litigation primarily in the area of premises liability.  A native of Flint, Michigan, Howard attended Northwood University, where he graduated in 2006 with honors in the area of Business Management.  Howard graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2012, where he was awarded the Marc. L. Levine award for his emergence as a respected campus leader.  While in law school, Howard served as President of the Black Law Student Association and received BLSA’s Alumni of the Year Award in 2013. Howard also interned at the St. Petersburg Police Station in the area of civil forfeitures.  After graduation Howard worked in the area of criminal law and was an Assistant Public Defender in the Sixth Circuit, Pasco Office from 2013-2015. In 2014, Howard was named the Public Defender of the Year for the Pasco office.  Howard has been a member of GEBA since 2013 and also serves as a board member for After School All-Stars program.
